What can a real estate agent do for me?

Buying your first home can be extremely overwhelming! I like to saying buying a home is like taking an airline flight cross-country. When you start your trip, you have no idea how the trip will go. Neither does the pilot! You can run into 50 different types of turbulence, or you could have a smooth flight and land on time. Certainly the pilot will try to use his or her experience to navigate around the storms and go for the smoothest flight plan, but if they are honest they cannot promise a turbulence-free trip.

 

As your real estate agent, I see myself as the pilot of your plane. My job is to assist you in getting your new home with the least amount of challenges. I cannot promise a turbulence free flight, however I can promise that I will utilize my experience and expertise to take you on the smoothest flight I can. If we do hit turbulence, it's my job to protect and keep you aware of any problems that arise. Once you find a home I will complete a cost market analysis to make sure we are making a offer on a home that the market will bare.

I will go over all the terms and conditions of the contract when you are ready to make an offer.

I will set up home inspection and go over the finds of that home inspection so that you are aware if there any problems.

I will negotiate will the sellers agent to have any problems that are of concern to be taken care or correct by the seller.
